If the winter weather is getting you down, we’ve got something colourful and creative that’s sure to brighten your day!

This morning, to continue the celebrations of the Festival of Play, we unveiled LEGO Brickworks – a world-first public exhibition of unique artworks all made entirely from LEGO bricks.

If you’re in Sydney, head down to Macquarie Street to see designs from some of Australia’s most creative personalities including Adriano Zumbo, Dinosaur Designs and Romance Was Born, all created in the form of a LEGO® brick mosaic. Learn more about the inspiration behind their artworks here.

The vibrant creations will be on display until June 7 (09:00am) before moving to the Powerhouse Museum from June 15 to July 30. Not in Sydney? The LEGO Brickworks exhibition will move to regional locations throughout the year including Newcastle Museum from August 1 to September 7 and Ipswich Art Gallery from September 11 to October 7.
