LEGO Max braves the chilly Sunday morning and joins the crowd at the finish line of City 2 Surf

Participants at this year’s City2Surf got a great surprise when a cheering LEGO Max greeted them, as they dashed across the finish line.
Towering over six feet tall, the not-so-mini LEGO Minifigure, Max was amongst the record crowd of around 85,000 who joined in the action at Australia’s famous run.
Greeting elite athletes, casual joggers and families with his huge grin and a wave, Max delighted the public as they completed the 14km route which took them all the way from Hyde Park in Sydney’s CBD to Bondi Beach.
It’s the 50th anniversary of the LEGO brick in Australia, and Max is always on the look out for opportunities to celebrate. Keep your eyes peeled for Max as he continues to pop up at various locations.
