We asked 10 Aussie creative personalities to think about what play meant to them and to use that inspiration to create a distinct image. We then transformed the images into large LEGO mosaics to form a giant outdoor public gallery for everyone to enjoy.

There are personal creations from fashion designers Romance Was Born, patissier Adriano Zumbo, paper engineer Benja Harney, tattoo artist and illustrator Simplesime and child artist Max Treffkorn, along with animator Fiona Dalwood, homeware and jewellery creators Dinosaur Designs, surface designer Saffron Craig, photographer Louise Whelan and craft designer Kitiya Palaska.
